This website(site) is operated by Feldschlösschen Getränke AG (we, us, our). This Acceptable Use Policy constitutes an agreement between us and you regarding the terms and conditions under which you may use our site. These terms of use apply to all users and all visitors to our site.

Use of our site signifies your acceptance of, and agreement to abide by, all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. It supplements our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

We are a company registered in the Commercial Register of Switzerland under the number CHE-106.835.541 with registered office at Theophil Roniger-Strasse, CH-4310 Rheinfelden. Occasionally, companies affiliated with us may also administer or contribute to our site. Our affiliates are our subsidiaries, holding companies and any subsidiary of one of our holding companies.

Prohibited use

You may use our site only for the purposes permitted by law. You may not use our site for the following purposes:

Further, you agree,

• Content on our site not to exchange with people who are not yet allowed to drink alcohol in the country where they live, according to the law in force there.

Interactive services

Occasionally, we offer the following interactive services on our site, among others:

• contribute to the spread of illegal activities.
• Be likely to threaten, abuse or violate the privacy of others or cause them unnecessary distress, inconvenience or anxiety.
• Be likely to insult, make nervous, embarrass, alarm or upset others.
• serve to hide behind other persons and to conceal or misrepresent your true identity or relationship to another person.
• falsely give the impression that they originate from us.
• Advocate, promote or aid and abet unlawful conduct, such as copyright infringement or computer misuse.

Suspension and termination

We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether your use of our site violates this Terms of Use by your use of our site. If you violate this Terms of Use we will take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy is a material breach of the Terms of Use governing the use of our Site and may result in us taking one or more of these actions:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of the right to use our site.
• Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of your posts or material uploaded to our site.
• Sending a warning to you.
• Action for damages against you seeking reimbursement of all costs incurred as a result of your breach (including administrative and legal fees, etc.).

• Sharing our findings with law enforcement authorities when we deem it necessary.

We will not be liable for any actions we take in response to violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. The responses to violations set forth in this policy are not limited, and we reserve the right to take other actions as we deem appropriate.

We may change this fair use policy at any time by modifying this page. We therefore ask that you check this page from time to time for any changes that have been made that are legally binding on you.
