White IPA is a combination of two beer styles - wheat beer and India Pale Ale. From the wheat beer, the yeast with its pleasant notes of banana and clove was used and, in perfect complement, the fruity aroma hops Cascade, Citra and Simcoe of the India Pale Ale were used for the cold hopping. The body is full-bodied and slightly malty. After the discreetly sweet start, the concise bitterness makes its presence known. In the finish, one notes some acidity and the bitterness remains noticeable until the end. The color of the beer is orange-caramel, underlaid with a slight cloudiness. The ivory-colored, fine-pored foam sits enthroned on the beer. The beer was inspired by the two distinct regions in Valais - the Upper and Lower Valais, which together create a unique Valais. Unique like our White IPA.
