The homeland of craft beer was still a desert 40 years ago. A few large breweries supplied the entire continent with uniform products. Today, these industrial products still exist, but microbreweries are holding their own with intelligent innovations. After a few years of IPAs being in vogue, the trend in the U.S. is now moving towards sour beers - a category that is still almost unknown in Switzerland. We are curious to see where the journey will take us!
