Great for a late afternoon in the summer and for any New Year's Eve party! Again, we start with the limes. This time, however, they are cut into quarters and placed in a glass with a tablespoon of cane sugar and 2.5cl white rum and mashed with a bar pestle.
Now add crushed ice up to half of the glass. Last but not least, the whole thing is topped up with a bottle of San Miguel Fresca. Ready is the drink that calls for a vacation!
